Lace up your skates and slide into Meewasin's Sip and Skate, the coolest event in town!
Skating on an outdoor rink is a defining part of Canadian culture. No winter is complete without a visit to the Meewasin Skating Rink in downtown Saskatoon. Nestled in Kiwanis Park, it has been named one of the best outdoor skating spots in Saskatchewan.
For a few select nights each season, we close the rink for this exclusive event where guests get a chance to skate without the crowds and enjoy local food and beverages. It’s a fusion of Canadian tradition, and conservation love!
Spend some one-on-one time with the Meewasin team at the rink. Discover what we do to conserve and protect the River Valley while enjoying a hot bevvy, a skate without the crowds, and cap off your evening with some delicious local treats by the fire. If you're up to the challenge, you can also try your hand at a game or two!
THIS EVENT IS 19+ ONLY.
