Silent Walks

Connect to the beauty of nature on a silent morning walk through the open prairie vistas and forested creek valley. This small-group, interpreter-guided walk, includes sit-spot practice, reflection time, mindfulness, and a great opportunity to unplug!

This two-hour guided experience begins at the Interpretive Center with a brief discussion on the ecology and history of Beaver Creek. Thereafter, the small group will head out on the trail in silence, during which there will be a pause for quiet reflection and journaling. Following the hike, you will have the opportunity to share about your experience.
