Meewasin's Prairie Picnic

Prairie Picnic presented by Nutrien is a fundraiser for Meewasin to support its conservation work in the heart of the Saskatoon region.

Meewasin is a charitable organization that relies on donations to support conservation work in the river valley and this picnic is a great opportunity to support the organization.

Prairie Picnic presented by Nutrien is a fundraiser for Meewasin to support its conservation work in the heart of the Saskatoon region.

There are three great choices:

Couple Basket (serves two individuals), packaged in a reusable Prairie Picnic tote bag.

Family Basket (serves four individuals), packaged in a reusable Prairie Picnic tote bag.

Corporate Basket (corporate baskets are made up of individual charcuterie boxes with serving size based on the number of employees)

*Each basket is served with a side Caprese Salad .

Ingredients: Olives, pickled gherkins, pickled caper berries, pickled cauliflower, crackers, assortment of cheese and delicious Cured meat. The Caprese salad features: Fior Di Latte cheese, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, basil and micro greens with balsamic glaze. The family box will also include: grainy mustard, truffle tapenade, pickled eggplant, grilled artichokes and fig and apple compote.

Enjoy a delicious charcuterie box, curated by The Cure Butcher Shop & Artisanal Charcuterie. The Cure was founded in Saskatoon in 2015 by Lorenzo Brazzini. Lorenzo was born and raised in Italy, where he studied to be a chef.
