Meewasin conducts a public opinion survey of the valley every five years. The purpose is to gain a better understanding of Saskatoon's residents' awareness of the MVC and its projects; the levels of support in the city, opinions regarding funding and donor potential and making comparisons as to how those opinions have changed over five years.

Another tool for measuring effectiveness is the State of the Valley report card (971 KB pdf). It measures Meewasin’s effectiveness in managing the land base of the Meewasin Valley. Information for the State of the Valley Report has been collected and analyzed using Meewasin’s Geographic Information System (GIS). This allows us to record and analyze a vast amount of information about the features of the Meewasin Valley. You will find the complete document in our document library.
